醪系统是一个锅/桶与辅助设备完成糖化，过滤槽，水壶，漩涡等的功能主要包括醪铜，糖化桶，过滤桶，水壶TUN，漩涡TUN，临时储存箱，酒糟罐，brewing water tank, hot liquid tank, heat exchanger, heating recovery system, wort negative pressure evaporation energy-saving system etc. About the mash system,small brewery equipment generally is 2vessles or 3vessels (production ability 30-5000L/batch). The large-scale brewery factory generally is 4vessels or 5vessles(production ability 1-30 tons/batch). About the heating method, you can choose electric heating, steam heating or direct fire heating. The inner is made of high-quality stainless steel, which is firm and durable. The cladding is made of stainless steel or copper. The inner and outer cylinders are made of aluminum silicate rock as insulation layer.
